We have many years of experience in the production of cold-bent perforated mounting rails for individual systems and solutions of our clients.

Our standard offer includes profiles with the following dimensions:

• 30×30 – sheet thickness 2.0
• 30×30 – sheet thickness 1.5
• 30×15 – sheet thickness 2.0
• 28×30 – sheet thickness 1.75
• 27×18 – sheet thickness 1.2

Our production capabilities also allow us to offer our customers other, non-standard dimensions.

 

PROFILES – TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Profiles produced by MAX METAL Sp. z o.o. are adapted for quick assembly with universal fasteners available on the market.

MAX METAL Sp. z o.o. declares the compliance of the manufactured construction and assembly profiles with the requirements of the standards for the Factory Production Control PN-EN 1090-1 oraz ISO 9001:2015.

Each manufactured construction and assembly profile has a Declaration of Performance and a CE certificate.

Mounting rails manufactured by MAX METAL Sp. z o.o., are subject to strength simulations and quality tests, which are carried out by accredited laboratories, thanks to which we ensure the stability of their performance properties.

• Belt width max. 200 mm
• Belt thickness max. 2.5 mm
• Designs according to individual systems and own technical drawings
