The company Max Metal sp. z o.o., with its seat at ul. Budowlanych 4, 64-100 Leszno (personal data administrator, hereinafter referred to as “Company”) collects, processes and uses your personal data in accordance with the following principles:

Personal data contained in e-mail correspondence (contact form) are processed in order to implement the legitimate interests of the Company – i.e. to maintain e-mail correspondence (Article 6 sec. 1 let. f of the GDPR). The following data is processed: e-mail address, name and surname and any other data that you provide to the Company in e-mail correspondence. The data is stored on an external mail server. Your data will not be transferred to unauthorized persons and entities.

Personal data contained in invoices and other accounting documents are processed by the Company in order to fulfill its legal obligations resulting from accounting regulations and tax regulations and in order to implement the legitimate interests of the Company (possible claims) – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c and f of the GDPR. The data is obtained from you and from publicly available registers (CEIDG, KRS). The following personal data are processed: company and address of the seller or buyer, tax identification number, data of the signatory, if any, and other data included in invoices and other accounting documents.
12. In order to ensure the greatest comfort of using the website, while browsing the website, small files are saved on your device, the so-called cookie (cookies). These files are used for statistical and analytical purposes, thanks to which the Company modifies its website in accordance with the preferences of its users. 13. All personal data processed by the Company is secured in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. The company takes all possible measures to secure your personal data and protect it against unauthorized actions of third parties.
